Hey,
I am interested in grabbing this RSS feed product but thought i would ask a question about it first....we are looking at integrating this RSS feed into iTunes at some point, is there anyway that this product can be customized to meet the requirements.

it would probably take a bit of customization to get this to work as an itunes feed instead of just with pages. You could customize the feed page type controller and add all of those itunes related nodes in there. You'd also have to grab the url of a file that's assigned to a page with a page attribute, and then use that as the enclosure url for the audio file.
