URL Path?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what exactly is the “URL Path” in the feed manager? Is that what I want the URL of the feed to be, or is that the URL of the page to be used to generate the feed?

I thought it was the former, but then it tells me the path must already exist. But then if the path must already exist, how do I pull all pages of a particular type from across the entire site?

What I'm trying to do is get this set up with the Calendar add-on to create a feed of all pages of type "Event".

Ok, I figured it out. The page to which the feed page will be parented must already exist. Now all I have to do is create a filter to display only items greater than or equal to a certain date, as it doesn't make sense for an event feed to list past events.
