Error processing transaction 5080 : Form transaction registration failed.

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Good afternoon,
We updated to Sage Pay eCommerce Payment Provider (1.0.7). To allow us to sell products that don't require postage. This works perfectly for our English products.

The French language products appear to throw an error (5080 : Form transaction registration failed) when handing over to Sage (see attached).

Any idea what might be causing this an how to resolve?

Cheers,

Nathan.

Hi Nathan,

We haven't tested the plugin on a multi-lingual transactions. We'll try to see what we can do.

Thanks,
JM

Hi Nathan,

I did a test transaction in your website on French language and was able to get through to Sage Pay without any error. I used Chrome browser during my test. I've attached a screenshot.

Thanks,
JM

Thanks JM. I recreated the French product, which may have solved the issue. Will update if we discover how to replicate the issue.
