Update failed

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I bought this the other day...3 pack deal. WOrked fine until I downloaded an update. Now they dont work...any fix?

What is your site URL were this block was installed?

Also have you tried:
Clear Cache on C5:
Dashboard > Systems & Settings > Optimisation > Clear Cache

Browser clear cache or Force refreshing:

Clearing cache doesn't help. I think it has to do with the upgrade I tried to install for the product. I have a old version of concrete.

Upgrading C5 could sometimes cause problems so that is highly possible. Anyway, what is the url where this block is installed?
