Work with forms?

I need to create a form but have a pop up option in case the user does not understand the question, can this addon be integrated with the forms?

Hi and thanks for your message. This add-on is great for many purposes :) however due to limitations of the Concrete5 core, this won't work with forms.

Hope you can find another solution to your question.
