I have looked at live demos, rather than a long list of results displayed in single page where each section is referenced by an anchor to the appropriate letter of alphabet is it possible to display only those results contained with the Letter clicked. So for example I click "E" I only see the results for E displaying for this letter. Clicking another letter say "Y" will remove this result set and display the results for this letter only. Thanks

Thanks for your interest in Staff Directory! The functionality you're referring to is currently in place for all of the different list views/templates, except the A-Z list that you're asking about. We'll be releasing an updated package soon to add that, and we can let you know when that's ready.
