Statistics package stopped working - memory problem?
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I've been using your statistics package for a few years and I've been very impressed with it so far. Thank you.
However, for some reason its decided to stop working (summary and map pages - settings still work). When I open the summary page to view the statistics, it now just shows a white blank page. Sometimes I get an error which is:
'Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/indis/public_html/concrete/libraries/3rdparty/adodb/adodb.inc.php on line 3075'
Do you know what needs tweaking to get your fabulous package working again?
Much thanks,
Omar

"It looks like you're running into your server's memory limit. When the Stats package displays the summary information in the dashboard it crunches a lot of data, especially for sites with a lot of traffic. Note that this only needs to be run when you're viewing the stats, not every time someone hits a page. Some of the recent releases of the stats package have some upgrades to make it run more efficiently. So if you're not running the newest version of the package, do an upgrade and see if that helps. If not, you probably need to increase the memory size allocated for your dashboard homepage and the stats page. Some servers allow this to be set directly from within the php, with something like this:
ini_set('memory_limit', '128M');
otherwise, you can increase it directly within your php.ini file:
memory_limit = 16M
If you've got cURL installed on your server, it eases the load by running caching more often. Do you know if cURL's installed? "

Is there a chance you could follow this as we're in the middle of an SEO campaign and it would be good to be able to track live-time again,
