not working anymore
Permalink Browser Info Environment
This add-on doesn't seem to be working anymore. All I get is "No Reviews Yet"
I did clear my cache and the reviews showed up but it went back to no reviews when I refreshed the page in my browser.

I'm not sure when I'll be able to address this. Things are really busy at work and I don't have much free time after work, but I'll try to get to it this week. Another person reported the same issue, so I need to figure out why it's not returning the results. It's likely that Google's API or C5 changed, as I haven't changed anything in the code for quite some time. Could you send me your environment file (from the Concrete Dashboard)? If you like, I can issue you a refund as well.
It appears Google has changed it's billing terms, and I suspect that's why it's not working anymore. It's likely they just return nothing if you reach your limit, or haven't updated your billing information. This change went into effect June 11, 2018.
Keep in mind, what it may cost, you get a free $200 credit every month, so unless you have a high traffic site, it shouldn't cost much.

If you click the second link, if you click the "Enable Billing", you should be able to set it up there. Just make sure the API key you use with the Google Reviews add-on is tied to an account that has billing enabled.
Please let me know if that fixes it for you.

Did this fix your issue?
I haven't tried enabling billing. I have the api and key set up through my client's google account and they decided to just add reviews and testimonials to their website manually instead.
But this is definitely the solution to this issue we are having.
I appreciate your time looking into this, thanks!

Awesome, thanks for letting me know. I'll add these notes to the add-on info.
