Ability to Have a feature List

Hi There I have a project coming up that I would like to use this addon. Previously I used Tonys Real Estate Addon and it had the ability to have a feature list for each property ie Kitchen/ Dinner, Large Garden etc. Is it possible to have this feature on your Addon ?

Also I have just been testing the demo and wonder is it possible to add multiple images at one time or add a set of images at once
You can only add one at a time using the file manager.
