Block settings on page

I was browsing the live demo and keep getting a DB error. I was hoping to see a screenshot of the actual block settings (when you drag and drop the Teal Estates block into the page).

Sorry, also wondering if you can customize the property page. For example, I do not want the "comments" area, and would want to customize the contact form.
