i´m using the addon under a multilingual site.
The submitted E-Mail looks like that:
The following person wants to show you our website.
Friend name: #######
Friend email: ##############
Your friend left you a personal message:
#####################
Copy/Paste or click the following link to the recommended website:
http://www.##################
Thank you for visiting our website!
but i need that once in german and once in english!
Is there a possibilty to do such?

That's a good one.
It's not that easy...
The form you see is a template in the addon. The template is in a certain language, in this case English.
There is no some sort of selection in the block of which template to select when the form is send.
My best guess is to change the template into more languages...
Name/Name
Address/Adresse
Postcode/Postleitzahl
etc....
