Cannot declare class because the name is already in use

When I tried tu upgrade from concrete5 8.4.2 to 8.5.0 , I get:
PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class Concrete\\Package\\VividThumbGallery\\Block\\VividThumbGallery\\Controller, because the name is already in use in C:\\data\\tools\\xampp_installation\\htdocs\\packages\\vivid_thumb_gallery\\controller.php on line 195
Any ideas how to fix this?
