Update for PHP7

Here is the updated package for PHP7 users who get the following error:

Declaration of Concrete\Package\(Your extension name)\Block\(Your extension name)\Controller::registerViewAssets() should be compatible with Concrete\Core\Block\BlockController::registerViewAssets($outputContent = '')
