Fixed error when sending mailings over Automated Jobs.
Minor change in toesslab_global.js: The cronjob command display was updated as text instead of html
Error when sending a Test Message on the Send Mailing Page: pathname was send_newsletter instead of send_mailing, so the input field "Choose a Newsletter" was never checked, so always false. The test message never went out.
The Attachments weren't cleared out on the Send Mailing Page when choosing no Newsletter
Attachments weren't sent with the Test Message
Removed JS console.log()
Keep User Group entries on the Send Mailing Page checked/unchecked on sort
