How to disable alt tag tool tips

Hi
Could you tell me is there a way of disabling the tool tips that show when you roll over the image? Some of images have spurious titles eg EA245.jpg I don't want this to show at all not even as a tool tip.

I attached a template that you can use to do that.
Extract it in the root "blocks" folder so that you have ROOT/blocks/touch_gallery/templates/no_tooltip.php
Then in editing mode, click on the block and select templates. Apply the template called "No Tooltip" and it's done.
