Ahhhhh Found the issue
Its the stack content > When not approved its not shown

There are 2 aspects to the problem:
1- You are mostlikely getting this message because the file set you chose for the gallery is either empty or has been deleted
2- There is a problem with Touch Gallery not checking if the set has images or not.
I am going to fix problem 2 within a few hours and will push an update online.
Concerning problem 1 could you please check that I am actually correct so I know it's not something more serious?
