Hello,

I am sorry but unless you found fault with the add-on, asking for a refund 1 hours and a half after buying for no reason other than you changed your mind is really not something that is done when it comes to digital product. Especially when the buyer also registered to the community on the same day he bought the product.

Imagine registering on Amazon, buying an e-book, and in less than 2 hours asking for a refund because you found a better book. All that in a time span of a few hours. I don't think that would fly.

I'd be more than happy to comply if it was a shirt OR if there was something wrong with the add-on, this not being the case, I have to decline.

Unless of course you have other more valid arguments, in which case I'm willing to listen.

Thank you for your understanding

I am sorry, you are right, i am just a beginner and i cannot get your block to work.
Please disregard my previous request about the refund.

I have about 40 pictures(2-6MB each) in a file-set and i tried adding the touch gallery block but it won't show up,please advice how to get the add-on to work.

Thank you,
Marinos

No problem.

When you say that the gallery doesn't show up do you mean not at all or do you mean that you get the settings screen and are able to select your file-set but after you save it doesn't show up?

Also, what version of Concrete5 are you on?

Wow, easiest support ever :)

Thank you for your understanding and being gracious about it.

One thing though concerning Touch Gallery (or any other gallery for that matter): keep in mind that each and every image has to be resized at least once to make a thumbnail and probably a second time for the full screen image (please don't force your users to wait for a 2 to 6 Mo image to download).
Resizing is not a particularly fast process. With a hundred or more images you'll start noticing performance issues.

If your cache is on, the images will be put in the cache and the gallery will load fast even with lots of images but on first save, or if the cache is not set or needs refilling, don't go too crazy with too many images.

If you're happy with the gallery and the support, I'd really appreciate a review if you had the time. You can do that here:http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/touch-gallery1/reviews...

Again, thank you
