Much better!
Makes concrete5 much better again. You can disable some of the new UI "features" and all together you get a much more easy & calm system.
Instead of a thousand popping links you have a fix-point you can rely on. The Popups in the Dashboard are still there unfortunately & a lot of space is still wasted, also the button to close the popup (why is there a button if nothing is under the popup anyway?) is still there. I would also wish that the margin on top would get a bit smaller as I prefer to scroll less instead of seeing more of an anyway deactivated background image...
But it is a good start in the right direction and certainly worth every penny.

Thanks for the review, it's greatly appreciated. We still wanted to somewhat respect the new design and didn't want to change everything.
We would appreciate very much also if you posted your improvement ideas / feature requests to the forums-section of this add-on and we could discuss more about them in greater detail!

Almost forgot it was there
During that period I have grown into using the new dashboard more and my use of traditional dashboard has slipped into the background to the point where I forgot I had not posted a review. Another site administrator who is more concerned with content still likes using it.
So it has served its purpose admirably, easing the transition and providing a choice without quibble.
