Feature Request: Ability to hide relax mode and better description in the block

Another feature request from Katz.
The client pointed out that the user won't have any idea what "Relax Mode" is.
It would be nice to add some kind of additional explanation as "tips" bubble.
Also some site doesn't need relax mode, it would be nice if we can make relax mode configurable to show or hide.
