Is it possible to add an interanl link option to link locations to pages?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Is it possible to add an option to insert a link, internal or external, for locations that would display in the Map popup when a marker is hovered over? I'd also like to be able to customize the link name rather than have it display the entire URL.
