show first thumbnail only
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi there,
Love this add-on and it's ease of use. I just miss one possibility. What i like to accomplish is to just show the first thumbnail. Then on click tgo the full lightbox slideshow as it is already functioning.
Is this possible in an easy way with some simple code changing?
Help very much appreciated.
Thanks, buurvrouw

The image popup add on will do that,http://webli.us/add-ons/pop-utilities/image-popup... there is an example at the bottom of the page, but the slide show is a little different, it does not have the thumbnail navigation.
Hi,
Thanks for your quick reply! Does the pop-up add-on also work as a gallery for multiple images when not using a file set?
I will not use file sets, but 2 or 3 chosen images per page. I want to show just one image and on click show all 3 in slideshow. Is this possible with the pop-up add-on?
regards

No, you would need to use a Fileset for the image popup
Ok then the pop-up add-on is a no-go for me.
Is it possible to override the view file or css file to just hide the thumbs except the first one?
maybe through css something like
But it would need some css to go somewhere. I' don't know how to point the fist thumb, can you give me a hand on this?

This works for me, the "Hover Effect" option needs to be turned off. That should work on any instance of Lightbox on your site
.webliLightbox .links a{
display:none;
}
.webliLightbox .links a:first-child{
display:block;
}
.webliLightbox .links a{
display:none;
}
.webliLightbox .links a:first-child{
display:block;
}
Ah that works great! Thanks for looking into this, very much appreciated!
