Gallery won't install

I'm running the newest version of concrete5 (I just updated, thinking perhaps this was the issue, from 5.5.1) and the gallery that I just paid for won't install. It says that it's not available for my version of concrete. Help?

I keep trying to download it to my site and it keeps telling me that the package isn't available for this version of concrete5. I have the latest version installed correctly. I am having so much trouble with galleries right now and I'm so frustrated.
Can you private message me address of your site so i can take a look at it?
I just tested the add-on on the last version and it installs fine. Just make sure you updated the C5 correctly and if did not works pm me with more details and i will help you to install it.
