More sorting options would be appreciated

First I want to thank you for a nice and clean gallery add-on. I like it and want to use it on our site.
There's one difficulty though. My galleries contain typically 80+ images and there's always a natural (chronological) order to it. In Nivo Gallery's D&D-area the order is totally random (or so it seems). Its a real pain to rearrange so many images. Since I don't see their file names it's very difficult to order them correctly.
I would really appreciate some sorting options apart from D&D.

Thanx for your suggestions. I added file names as tooltip to every images at editing ui. It may help when you have so many files.
Also the default sorting criteria is file IDs, you can change it at file:
\packages\whale_nivo_gallery\tools\action_load_set_images: line 21
