Hi,
You should add "Registered Users" group to "Whale Owl Carousel" page (dashboard page) manually.

Hello again,

I have added the group's permission. And the carousel editor is now accessible. But I cannot find out how to grant this group File permission as I understand this has e specific permission handling. The ¨registered user¨ now receives message: ¨You do not have acces to the file manager¨.
I DID grant the same permissions for ¨Registered users¨ in Sitemap - Dashboard - Files - File Manager AND in Sitemap - Dashboard - Files - Whale OWL caraousel.

Can you help me with this as well?

Hi,
You should give "File Manager" permission to that group (registered users) at :
http://www.trondenesdagene.no/index.php/dashboard/system/files/perm...
I did this for first three items, you can add the rest.
