Strange behavior with to sliders on the same page.

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

I play around with you nice add-on, but as I added a second slider to the same page, then the layout of the slider (internal) gets disrupted and the forground picture (normaly on the right side) is flowing over slider header and description on the left side. For both sliders. If I delete one from that page, the leftover is working well.

Is there a restriction about the amout of sliders per page or is this a bug?
Please give me feedback.

Best wishes
Danny

Hi,
No restriction, all css generated by add-on is prefixed to prevent any effect on other blocks.
Can u provide a live link to check?

Hi,
later I can repead the case. Now after I follow your proposal to update from 1.1.0 to 1.1.2 to fix the (slider disappear issue ticked) I got a non working slider at all.
It shows up in EDIT mode after add the dialog to choose one slider and then shows nothing, even not a notice that the slider is disabled in the edit mode. And after publishing the site it shows only the slider bg image and the before/next elements, but nothing else and the image is not sliding as well.

I need your support, should I open a new ticket for that?

Did you use any special character (comma, semicolumn, etc...) at the slides title/description?

No, I used the example slider first (not working). Then I did a copy of it to try around (not working).
After the update I had all shiped pictures two times in the file manager and delete one set.
I also uninstalled the add-on and installed the v1.1.2 again, but the same behavior.

done, please check.

Sorry, I forgot to say, I've changed now to the theme to <Funtamental> , before I used the <Framework> theme. But I've installed the Whale-parallax-slider as v1.1.2 on a totally new C5 installation setup with the new theme. Not updated the slider vom v1.1.0 as I did with Framework before.

I just clear the cache and press Ctrl+F5 to bypass browser cache.

But the cache is OFF in C5 Settings, right? I do not understand.
