I haven't specifically tried adjusting those, and they're not specifically built in features. The purpose of this particular block is a clean, minimalistic video player.
But the YouTube API does support a lot of cool features. If you wanted to have a tinker, the file to edit is "youTubeEmbed-jquery-1.0.js" and you can refer to the YouTube API doco at:
