Pro not working - error message

Hi JZ,
Firstly thanks for the refund on the other You Tube product! My mistake.
Anyway I have installed You Tube Pro here:http://kidstreasures.com.sg/products/viking/...
I have replicated the settings on the other You Tube player above which is the standard non responsive one.
As you can see pressing the play button gets an error. I have set it up just like I did last time on my other site and got the URL right too. I've no idea!
Can you have a look please? I will send you an Admin login after this to your c5extras email account.
