Install Error

Permalink Browser Info Environment
After I purchase and go to the "Theme" section to download an error shows up saying "Class 'ZipArchive' not found" and I can not download the theme into myself. How to I get it download/installed?

NOTE: I installed these files directly on the server and via the packages section installed. BUT none of the page templates or assets seem to be there. When i try to edit a content page or view a secondary page it results in a "Not Found" The requested URL /page-types was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

When I uncheck the "Remove index.php from URLs" box on the URLs and Redirection screen it fixed the issue. What do you recommend for removing the index.php?

Also the box behind the main navigation is gone. What do you recommend?
