internet explorer 8 doesn't load Alpha

Hi,

I am looking for some issues that were brought to my attention regarding IE 8. Alpha becomes a mess when loaded. If it were up to me I could care less but apparently a good amount of people still use it. I have attached a screen shot of what the result it.
