Have you followed all the steps to get add-ons/themes installed on your site here:

http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/developers/5.7/installation/...

Once the theme/add-on has been assigned to the relevant project then it should be available to download and install on your site.

I think it's not working because I'm using concrete 5.7.
Is there a update for Alpha available?

Hi no there's no upgrade for Alpha. 5.7 is completely different system in many respects an there's no upgrade path from 5.6 to 5.7, so whilst we are building themes for 5.7 it is impractical to upgrade existng themes.

Is it possible to get a refund?

If it is possible to attach a 5.7 theme package license to a 5.6 project then that is bug with the concrete5 marketplace. Please would you submit a bug report to raise this.

We can offer a refund of course, or we can offer a 5.7 compatible theme license which is also based on the latest version of Foundation.

If you can offer a 5.7 compatible version of the Alpha theme would be great.

As already stated we don't have a 5.7 compatible Alpha. We can offer this, which is also foundation based.
