04/21/2016 - Third version.  Added 'one-over-two' and 'one-over-three' page templates.  Also added styles for the 'share this page' block type.  Also added documentation for adding grid-based layouts, customizing theme colors and theme installation.  Lastly added and modified some areas of the sample content.xml file.

08/26/2016 - Added dashboard single pages so that we can enable the primary navigation 'hover' effect in addition to the 'click' event.  This way sub-menu's will show on hover AND when a user clicks a navigation menu item.

03/02/2017 - Upgraded for Concrete5 version 8 and higher.
