image blocks does not show the image

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
after upgrade to 8.2.1 the insertion of image blocks does not show the image in the area, I have already removed cache and checked the site's quota, I do not understand if it's a theme error or concrete5, all the other sites made with concrete5 seem to work correctly

can you help me?

TIA
Alessandro

Hello Alesandro,

I did install a local copy of 8.2.1 and I can see that the XLarge image thumbnails generated by Concrete5 do not show up correctly for me. In particular it's the masthead images that don't appear correctly for me.

Could you tell me the image dimensions of your masthead images? My theme used images that were 1920 pixels wide but if you increase it to anything GREATER than 1920 pixels wide I was able to re-upload the image and view all of the image thumbnails correctly.

Could you try this with one image and let me know if you have any success? Thanks for the patience Alessandro, I've had a busy week!

maybe we found the problem, loading an image of exactly 1920px does not work

1921px or more
and 1919px and less works

is a concrete5 bugs?

Hey Alessandro,

Yes, this is the exact issue I found as well with the EXACT 1920px image sizes. This may indeed be a bug with the concrete5 image thumbnail image creation. I will look to see if there are any other ways around this within my themes.

Are you at least up and running and able to add images now?

Thanks for the help here!
