Good Day
Im a first time user with no prior training... please keep that in mind. I've previously used WordPress but with all the bugs had to switch. My issue is that we bought a theme on the marketplace and we can not download it or install it. `it keeps saying invalid marketplace ID.
Please help, with step-by-step instructions please.

Hi so a little practical problem solving. I got the files in an unzipped format. So I compressed them and loaded them onto the theme folder under concrete. Im holding my breath. Ill let you know how it goes

I've uploaded the files and it's not loading correctly. The theme displays as a blank.

Is there any error? cannyou provide some screenshot?
Also, if possible if I can check the site dashboard. to check if the theme
is installed correctly?

You are doing it wrong.
when you download the archive it is zipped by default.
Then upload the zipped file in your cpanel file manager under packages
folder. Do not put it in any other folder.
Once upload, unzipped the file.
Go to your site dashboard and install the theme.

Login to concrete5 dashboard and on the sidebar click on Transactions then click licenses on the sub menu. To should see all your purchases. Click download Archive.
To install unzip the file in your package directory in the root folder.
