Website has disappeared. No data in the ht access file. Please help!

The entire website is gone. Only white pages are shown. I can't even log in or access the dashboard.
No error message. Per the host company, there is no data in the ht access file.

The theme was installed and up and running. It happened today. The last time I was on the site it was fine, I saved my work, exited with no error messages. Today - nothing. I appreciate any ideas!
