Banner from mobile device = large black area + bottom header

Using only text for top & bottom header, adjusted margin-top in two places as directed in documentation. Also reduced $header_text_top height from 647 to 260. Desktop view looks great. Mobile view shows only bottom header, with very large black area above.

I couldn't seem to replicate this. Can you send me the url where this theme is installed? Also can you send me your Dashboard login via Private Message so I can take a closer look at your settings.

Update: Theme headers look fine on 7" Android tablet. top header, bottom header, menu, content --- all with proper spacing.
The problem is with 4" Android phone. With Chrome v42, see top header, large blank area, bottom header. Same on "Browser" but top header appears briefly then disappears.

Sorry for taking a while I've already got a hold on an Android emulator and got this resulthttp://screencast.com/t/WN5jUQGj... based on that I can see the lower header. Have you installed other blocks in the same page perhaps? That might cause the conflict.

Sorry for delay, but I'm able to take screenshots in Android. One shows top of the page, other shows scrolled down to show bottom header and top of text.

When attempting upgrade from 1.2.6, I got this message, and no upgrade:
Unable to backup old package directory to /home/bluecarburetor/public_html/files/trash
Never seen that one before. Can I upgrade manually?

I think your site has failed to see the new updates in C5. Have you tried forcing the updates? Try going to this path [your domain]/index.php/dashboard/extend/update/

Well, Black Knight is the only update, and clicking "Download and Install" results in the same error:
Unable to backup old package directory to /home/bluecarburetor/public_html/files/trash
I disabled block cache, cleared cache, then tried again. Same error. Sorry, I'm running out of ideas.

A long and complex thread, but I created a "trash" folder in the "files" folder with default permissions 755, and the theme then installed.
