HELP. NAV problem, can't add or or delete anything in sitemap, can't access Edit button

Permalink Browser Info Environment
What I did to mess it was this.

1. I set up at Sitemap and external url link for my facebook by placing this in the name section: <iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?
href=www.fatethailand.com" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none;
width:450px; height:80px"><iframe>

2. In the url section i put my facebook url.

3. After i pressed OK or apply, can't remember the exact button, my site only showed this. See nav.jpg. You can click on the menu but it will only show the same NAV and blue background.
