Editing bar beneath the navigation

Hi. Love the theme. I see that some have modified the bar beneath the nav bar. The one that has the site name. How can you change either the text or an in image to that bar?

To change that to what you, want, simply add a block (create a global area if you want) after adding the block, click on it and click custom templates, and under block name, put in "My_Site_Name" (no quotes).
