Nav Bar Color

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am having trouble changing the color of the nav bar. I changed the color in the "customize theme" area, but changes are not showing up. I cleared my C5 cache and my browser cache to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
