Tap Targets are not sized appropriately

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Error message with google on mobile tap targets. Interactive elements like buttons and links should be large enough (48x48px), and have enough space around them, to be easy enough to tap without overlapping onto other elements. I can send a screenshot of the error if you like.

Tap target: <a href="https://cleaningfortmyers.com/" target="_self" class="nav-selected nav-path-selected">Home</a>

Size: 65x21

Overlapping target: <a href="https://cleaningfortmyers.com/cleaning-tips" target="_self" class="">Cleaning Tips</a>

If you can tell me where to change the sizes, I'll be happy to do it.
Thanks!
Ed.
