cannot edit some block on the page

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
My last query regards updating c5 to latest version as it bombed, it turned out firefox caused the problem but not waiting long enough.

My problem today.
I have added blocks to my page and it happened over the weekend that i cannot edit all the block on the page.
example: i have a 3 column layout with html block in each, i can edit and move the first 2 but not the last one as it responds just like a normal webpage, there is accordion code inside it like the first 2, but is no longer responding to edit mode.
I have also noticed as well other blocks on the page also acting the same.
Its the home page that is most noticeable.
