Regarding on your inquiry, yes, it is part of the theme and you can easily recreate it.
1. Use page list block
2. Choose Calyx Carousel Portfolio template under custom template

*Note:
Since it is a page list block, per client is equivalent to creating 1 new page and
use thumbnail in custom attributes for the images (page properties -> custom attributes)

Thanks i have figured that part out.

My next issue is that my logos are 120px and they are being scaled to 250px so they are all blurred.

Can you set the size you want them? If not where would i find it in the code to make it 120 and not 250?
