I'm very happy with this theme.
Once installed it asks to remove all the site content and start from sample pages. In my case it was possible, since the website was quite new.
Bare in mind that you need banner images for the homepage to look as good as in the live demo.
You also need to know that for sub menu entries you need an empty page as placeholder.
The theme comes with a good documentation, you can find all you need to set it up.
