Having problems

Purchased Cariad and other themes from you previously. They are great themes with great features. We are in the midst of of site right now and having problems deleting blocks. If we populate a block and want to delete it, it just sits and spins and never deletes the content. We have cleared the cache, removed the content from the block but cannot delete them.
Do you have any suggestions, instructions, etc. that might allow us to use your theme as we always do? We are on a tight deadline and really need to get this finished up. It appears to be happening no matter where on the page we are working.

I don't know why you may be having troubles deleting a block, but you may find some answers by enabling debug settings (in the dashboard under Environment). If you would like to post the error message here you can, or email contact@pilipalawebdesign.com. Please note this support thread is public.
You could try going back a version of the page to an earlier version when you didn't have the error. If you go to Dashboard > Full sitemap and click on a page, you will see versions

I have purchased quitre a few of your themes. I have never experienced this
previously. Fir example, I do not want Page titles like home DISPLAYED ON
THE PAGES. It is impossible to delete anything. We only use good hosting
companies. This site is at Bluehost. We have 75 sites there including one
of your Salix themes there. I am not complaining about the theme per se but
we are confused.
Any ideas???

The ability to delete a block just isn't working. The command executes and the activity bar slides across top bu then just hangs up. We really need to get this site finished up but need some help here please.
Theme is great but not sure what is going on. We have looked through this but cannot figure what is wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
