I saw the screenshot. What browser are you using. When you're outside edit mode, does it look similar to the screenshot?

Browser is Safari and it does look the same outside of edit mode

Hi Paul,

Sorry for the late reply. Have you tried activating the default c5 elemental theme to check if your installation works? This is the first time we encountered this type of issue. I'm still checking and trying to reproduce the issue you have. I will immediately post here if I reproduce and fix it.
