I am having a very difficult time with the automatic resizing of the background image, so I need some help in the area of design vs. technical code.

The background is nothing more than a couple of layers that were put together in Photoshop. However, as you can see the main focal point are the images in the upper right hand corner / right edge of the screen. The backgrounds display perfectly on 27" monitor at 1920 x 1080 but on other monitor sizes / resolutions the automatic resizing causes a lot of alignment and clipping issues, so the design becomes inconsistent and ugly.

What is the solution? Is there a particular dimension that I should use when creating background images that will prevent this from happening, or is there something additional to add to the jQuery backstretch code to prevent that?
