The theme company conforms to level A of WCAG 2.1.(When content is included exclude Google Maps and Forms(a text description is not provided identifying the mandatory field(s) that was not completed.))
However, even if the theme conforms to Level A of WCAG 2.1,
If customizing the theme is not accessible or create inaccessible content, you not be able to conform.
So, please make accessible theme customization and accessible content.

And,There are places where the theme company can not conforms with WCAG 2.1 Level AA Success Criterion.
(ex:Success Criterion 1.4.13: Content on Hover or Focus / When using drop-down menu for global navigation)

But,I think working efficiency will improve if you use accessible themes.
