An unexpected error occurred - when turning on

Permalink Browser Info Environment
In choosing the theme, I get the following error: An unexpected error occurred.
Call to undefined method Concrete\Core\Html\Service\Navigation::getLogInOutLink().

This is only with this theme, the original theme comes back on with no problem. Please advise on how I can find this and fix.
