Error received when adding an incoming video to file manager

I am trying to add a 90MB video file to the filemanager and receive the following error:
exception occurred while executing 'select treeTypeID from TreeTypes where treeTypeHandle = ?' with params ["file_manager"]: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 2006 MySQL server has gone away

I have the same error after uploading a video (MP4) file by ftp to incoming.
The video file is about 450 MB.
This is the error message.

Hi. That's not theme error. But i'll try to help.
Try to upload small size videos, if it works fine. Then problems in php.ini variables
upload_max_filesize and post_max_size ask your hosting to increase values of these variables.

this error may be caused with hosting problems with MYSQL or PHP settings.
You need to ask about that.
