Just installed Creative Template - no site data

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi! I just did the install of your theme Creative Template to a fresh empty C5 install - selected install site info - had a short error (that I unfortunately didn't recognise) and was left staring at a blank page. Switched to the template and made it active - went to front page and it was blank - with a blank LHS panel as well; nothing on it at all?

This is about my 8th C5 website - never had it happen before - but my first in 5.8!!!

Just a little concerned;

Cheers - Ian Wilks

Hello.

Just tested fresh 5.8 version, and all works fine.

Please try again, and if you want use our demo data and install with theme data.

If it happen again, please send me error which you saw.

Ivan.

Hi Ivan;
So I totally uninstalled the Template - disassociated the item from the "project" page - then reinstated it to the site again. Downloaded a fresh template again & did the install & included site components - same error - which I captured this time!
"Class 'finfo' not found" - in a red error box.
Any ideas would be welcomed!
cheers - Ian

Hello.

Loot at this support article, some people have similar issue.

http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/framework/support/error...

1. check you php version
2. check php module FileInfo extension

I think you may contact with your hosting and ask about this function and configuration.

Thank you.
