I purchased dotAwesome 2.06 and I see there is an upgrade to 2.10 available. Will an upgrade overwrite the custom graphics I've created to replace the theme's graphics?

I'm also going to edit out the mobile theme portion on the CSS, I'm assuming upgrading will most likely restore that portion.
